SeniorTalent Acquisition Executive
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and assess candidates for a variety of roles within the luxury industry
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and preferences
Utilise creative sourcing techniques, including social media and networking, to identify and engage with passive candidates
Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the role requirements and company culture fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities
Provide timely and transparent updates to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Continuously monitor and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury, retail or hospitality industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing, screening and placing high-calibre candidates
Proficient in the use of various recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
