dnata Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead volume hiring across frontline and operational roles. You will collaborate with department heads and HR partners to forecast needs, source candidates, and manage end-to-end processes including onboarding.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and delivering a superior candidate experience across multiple channels and government programs where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with volume hiring experience.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and manage hiring targets.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for volume roles.
• Partner with Heads of Department, HRBP, and Hiring Managers.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract frontline and operational staff.
• Manage onboarding, reporting, and candidate experience.
• Organize events like career fairs and school engagements.
• Track metrics: vacancies, time-to-fill, cost per hire.
