Job summary

Qualcomm Singapore is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring. You will partner with business leaders to understand needs, source candidates, and drive a compliant, efficient process.

The role demands strong communication, mass recruitment experience, and proficiency with HR systems (Workday; Eightfold an advantage). You will implement TA initiatives to enhance candidate experience and ensure timely requisition fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of HR generalist experience with mass recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Knowledge of Workday and Eightfold is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of recruitment activities for mass recruitment.
• Collaborates on Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance candidate experience.
• Researches TA tools, systems, and best practices for end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.
• Provides best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors.
• Business partnering with supervisors and managers on hiring needs, HR services and performance management such as PIP and off-boarding process.
• Monitor foreign worker recruitment activities, employment practices, repatriation, and RBA Compliance.
• Oversee re-employment practices and ensure process efficiency and compliance with local legislations.
• Take on other projects / new initiatives and programs as required.
