RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles in Singapore.

You will partner with supervisors and managers on hiring needs, improve sourcing channels, ensure compliance with local regulations, and deliver a smooth candidate experience on time. This role requires strong communication, high-volume recruitment experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years HR generalist experience with mass recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Team-player with meticulous and pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on TA initiatives to enhance candidate experience and add value to the TA Team.
• Researches, applies understanding of TA tools, systems and best practices for end-to-end recruiting.
• Partners with supervisors on hiring needs, HR services and performance management.
• Monitors foreign worker recruitment, repatriation and compliance.
• Oversees re-employment practices and ensures process efficiency and compliance.
• Takes on new projects and programs as required.
• Develops and maintains sourcing channels’ effectiveness.
• Defines and improves SOP processes to maximize recruitment resources.
