Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or Business Studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software to streamline accounting processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
• Ability to meet deadlines with commitment and maintain a positive, hardworking attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage external accounting assignments across various industries to deliver accurate financial records.
• Maintain complete sets of accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Perform financial management and monthly/quarterly accounting tasks for clients to support business operations.
• Prepare clients' year-end accounts and submit timely management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Compile quarterly GST schedules and ensure accurate and punctual GST submissions to regulatory authorities.
• Independently prioritize and multitask accounting duties while proactively communicating progress and challenges.
• Collaborate effectively within teams or work autonomously to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive communication.
