Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Store Keeper to support our logistics and distribution centre in Singapore.

This contract-to-perm role involves managing receipt, storage, issuance and tracking of materials to keep production running smoothly. You will verify delivery documents, organize items by type and usage, monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure safety compliance. Collaboration with procurement, production and quality teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance and tracking of materials to support production operations.
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Organize items in designated locations by type and usage frequency with safety in mind.
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent delays.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic full audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards for hazardous or sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and quality control teams.
• Assist with disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items.

Job description

As a Senior Store Keeper at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials
• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams
• Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items
