Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our warehouse operations in Singapore. This contract-to-perm role involves handling receipt, storage, issuance and tracking of materials to ensure production runs smoothly.

You will verify documents, organize items by category and safety requirements, and coordinate with procurement, production and quality teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely reorders.

About the role

As a Logistics Assistant at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials
• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams
• Assist with the disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items

• Working timing: 5 Day - 0830 - 1815 (No Shift Allowance)
• Working timing: 5 Afternoon - 1345 - 2330 ($10 Allowance per day)
• Working timing: 5 Night - 2300 - 0845 ($15 Allowance per day)
