Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Singapore facility on a contract-to-perm basis. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, cycle counts, and data integrity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Role requires at least 4 years of related experience, PC literacy, and preferably forklift/reach truck licensing. Location choices include Tuas South, Pioneer View, or 14 Tukang Innovation Dr, with 5-day weeks and various shift timings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• PC literate; familiar with Warehouse Management System.
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow all warehouse safety, quality and operating processes.
• Perform 5S and warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count.
• Conduct visual inspections and report non-conformities.
• Support supervisor to achieve KPIs and maintain data accuracy.

About the role

As a Warehouse Operator at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
• Conduct visual inspection and report any non-conformity / exception from shipment
• Support Supervisor to achieve all required KPI.
• Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
• Ensure all documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Continuously striving for higher level of performance efficiency.
• Comfortable with lifting ~15-20kg.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

What we’re looking for
