Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Store Keeper to manage receipt, storage, and issuing of materials within our logistics and distribution centre.

This contract-to-perm role focuses on supporting production operations and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will verify deliveries, organize storage by type and safety requirements, and coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams.

• Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations.
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store items in designated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safety requirements.
• Issue materials to production departments based on job orders and production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to prevent production delays.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, particularly for hazardous or sensitive materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams.
• Assist with disposal or return of defective, damaged, or obsolete items.

About the role

As a Senior Store Keeper at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations

• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams

• Working timing: 5 Night - 2300 - 0845 ($15 Allowance per day)
