Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Singapore. The role is contract-to-perm, supporting our logistics and distribution centre with inbound/outbound activities, stock checks, and process improvements.

You will operate forklift equipment, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to KPI achievement. Lifting up to 15–20 kg is required, with opportunities for skill upgrades and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of related experience.
• PC literate and comfortable with basic software systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System is preferred.
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with safety, quality, and operating processes.
• Perform 5S in the warehouse.
• Handle inbound, outbound, and cycle counts efficiently.
• Conduct visual inspections and report non-conformities.
• Support supervisor to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain stock records, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Ensure timely submission of documents.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Lift heavy items (approximately 15–20 kg).
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

About the role

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
• Conduct visual inspection and report any non-conformity / exception from shipment
• Support Supervisor to achieve all required KPI.
• Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
• Ensure all documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Continuously striving for higher level of performance efficiency.
• Comfortable with lifting ~15-20kg.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years of related experience
• PC literate, preferably familiar with Warehouse Management System
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage
