Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor or Team Lead to oversee our logistics and distribution centre in Singapore.

This contract-to-perm role involves coordinating a logistics team, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll mentor staff, report on performance, and collaborate with other departments to support seamless warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within logistics.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with logistics software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Supervisor or Team lead at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

2. Monitor and optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and productivity

3. Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and targets

4. Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to think strategically

4. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross‑functional teams

6. Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools

7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage

• Working timing: 5 Afternoon - 1345 - 2330 ($10 Allowance per day)
