Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support our logistics and distribution centre in Singapore. This contract-to-perm role involves a mix of inbound, outbound, cycle counts, and process improvements to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of related experience, is PC literate, and may hold forklift or reach truck licenses. 5S and documentation accuracy are important, with multiple shift options and location

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• PC literate, preferably familiar with Warehouse Management System.
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
• Conduct visual inspection and report any non-conformity / exception from shipment.
• Support Supervisor to achieve all required KPI.
• Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
• Ensure all documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Continuously striving for higher level of performance efficiency.
• Comfortable with lifting ~15-20kg.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

About the role

• Working timing: 5 Day - 0830 - 1815 (No Shift Allowance)
