Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head the HBM Reliability Engineering team. You will drive intrinsic and extrinsic reliability, optimize test flows, and collaborate with Fab, TD, GQ, and quality teams to deliver high‑quality HBM products.

You will mentor staff, manage risk, and push for cost reductions through process conversions while embracing AI-enabled improvements in daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 10+ years in semiconductors.
• Experience across fabrication, product, design and testing is required.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in statistics and data analysis; scripting skills desirable.
• Willingness to work on site in Singapore with international travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and plans.
• Define qualification plan and manage execution and gating issues.
• Drive extrinsic and intrinsic reliability via optimized test flows.
• Debug root causes in qual and RMA failures; apply cross‑functional fixes.
• Advise fab on process conversions to improve yield and cost.
• Manage risk with Product Managers and leads for timely progress.
• Promote innovation and technical advantage over competitors.
• Mentor and develop team members; strengthen technical programs.
• Build project management discipline for timely delivery.
• Make final technical decisions on risk and priorities.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM teams, System Development, Quality/Reliability.
• Integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
