Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Lead for its High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) product engineering team in Singapore.

You will spearhead a high-performing group responsible for reliability test development and execution for Micron’s latest HBM products, including DPM reduction and intrinsic reliability strategies. You will drive qualification planning, defect analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve yield and reduce cost, while mentoring others

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 6+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong technical skills with root cause analysis and solution space.
• Proficiency in Python or JMP for data analysis.
• Willingness to travel internationally (US, Taiwan, Japan) and work on site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans covering all product reliability aspects.
• Define qualification plan, monitor execution, and drive issue resolution.
• Drive extrinsic and intrinsic reliability improvements through optimized test flows and strategies.
• Provide recommendations for new process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields in HVM.
• Collaborate with Fab, TD, GQ, and other cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage projects and risks.
