Job summary

Micron is hiring a Staff Engineer to join the HBM Component Validation team in Singapore. The role acts as SME to define validation standards for advanced HBM products and ensures scalable validation testing infrastructure across multiple test flows.

You will optimize test flows, lead problem solving for next-gen HBM, drive validation deliverables, and mentor junior engineers, with opportunities to grow into technical leadership roles within a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on in test pattern and code development for validation of memory components.
• Experience with high-speed I/O and signal integrity checks preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional validation projects and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop test programs for HBM component validation.
• Deliver test program releases aligned with milestones and ensure code quality.
• Optimize test time and improve parallelism across sites.
• Ensure stability and repeatability of tests across equipment.
• Coach junior engineers in validation approaches and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design validation and fault analysis.
