You will apply Python/C++ skills to build validation frameworks, drive defect analysis, and push continuous improvements while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python and C++ programming.
• Proven experience in reliability engineering or related role.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving with root-cause understanding.
• Basic CMOS technology, DRAM device physics, and design understanding.
• Good multitasking, priority setting in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiar with statistics, data analysis tools, and scripting.
• Experience with testing verification approaches and documenting results.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Singapore with international travel.

Aufgaben

• Writing and debugging test programs for HBM device and package qualification.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure full test coverage.
• Identify and address reliability issues and root causes.
• Promote innovation and chassis improvements in reliability features.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Analyze engineering data using in-house statistical tools for validation and risk assessment.
• Define interface hardware specifications and validate new interface boards.
• Make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Mentor and develop others within the team.
• Develop project management skills for timely delivery and cost reduction.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality while adhering to standards.
