Job summary

You will spearhead a high performing group driving reliability test development and execution for Micron’s latest HBM products, managing extrinsic and intrinsic reliability along with optimized manufacturing test flow. You will collaborate across Fab, TD, GQ and other teams to meet KPI targets, drive process improvements, mentor others, and lead

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 6+ years in semiconductors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with deep circuit analysis background.
• Experience in data analysis, statistics, and scripting (Python or JMP).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability test development and execution for HBM products.
• Drive DPM reduction and intrinsic reliability improvements with optimized test flows.
• Identify root causes of Qual and RMA failures and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
• Advise fab teams on process conversions to improve yield and cost.
• Mentor team members and manage project execution supporting schedule and scope.
