Job summary

Workiva Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned pre-sales consultant to partner with sales teams and engage enterprise prospects across finance, sustainability, and GRC.

You will lead discovery conversations, demonstrate domain expertise in financial and sustainability reporting, develop strategic account plans, create proof-of-concept demos, stay updated on IFRS/GAAP/ISSB, and collaborate across product, marketing, client services, and customer success teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or field-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, or equivalent.
• Proven communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to large audiences.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to engage enterprise prospects across finance, sustainability, and GRC.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in financial reporting, sustainability reporting, and GRC.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with Workiva objectives.
• Build proof-of-concept demonstrations and process assessments.
• Stay current on IFRS, GAAP, and ISSB reporting trends.
• Provide feedback to product management on customer requirements.
• Support onboarding with client services and ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, client services, and customer success teams.
