Job summary

Workiva Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced customer success professional to collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer value across platforms.

You will drive product-enabled outcomes, analyze satisfaction metrics, and help manage renewal risks while coordinating with global partners to optimize processes and outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to improving customer engagement

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Product Management, or Professional Services within a software organization, preferably SaaS.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance programs, with solution implementation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review customer accounts and collaborate across internal teams to address platform needs and technical troubleshooting
• Analyze customer renewal likelihood and help manage risks to mitigate churn
• Interpret customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve them
• Define new product insights and metrics that drive organizational decisions
• Represent Customer Success within Product Development to ensure new features add customer value
• Scale emerging solutions and challenge current operating methods to improve customer satisfaction
• Partner with leadership to drive decisions impacting the product and customer experience
• Align with global teams to ensure best-in-class product success processes
• Enable Customer Success teams to deliver meaningful value to customers
• Enable customers and internal teams on the benefits of new product releases
