Senior Services Sales Solution Lead

Job summary

Salesforce Singapore seeks a seasoned Services Sales Solutions Lead to prescriptively shape engagements, develop high-level solution designs, and produce comprehensive SOWs ensuring rapid mobilization.

You will partner with Account Partners, lead pre-sales workshops, manage risk, and mentor teams while translating executive objectives into actionable delivery plans; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise-level consulting delivering services.
• 7+ years leading enterprise projects or programs (SaaS preferred).
• Experience in end-to-end discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW creation.
• Active involvement in supporting sales and presenting to C-level executives.
• Go-to-market scoping, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
• Deep demonstrated Salesforce platform proficiency and solutions.
• Certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with credibility with executives.
• Ability to influence groups and lead workshops with stakeholders.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales discovery process and define customer outcomes.
• Develop and articulate implementation proposals and SOWs with detailed estimates, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Recognition for terms and conditions.
• Mentor teams, share best practices, and ensure a smooth hand-off to delivery.
