Workiva Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned pre-sales consultant to partner with sales teams and engage enterprise prospects across finance, sustainability, and GRC.
You will lead discovery conversations, demonstrate domain expertise in financial and sustainability reporting, develop strategic account plans, create proof-of-concept demos, stay updated on IFRS/GAAP/ISSB, and collaborate across product, marketing, client services, and customer success teams to ensure customer success.
Partner with sales teams to engage enterprise prospects, identifying challenges across financial, sustainability, and GRC processes
Lead discovery conversations to uncover pain points using a consultative problem‑solving approach
Demonstrate deep domain expertise in financial reporting, sustainability reporting, and GRC across targeted customer use cases
Assist sales teams in developing strategic account plans aligned with Workiva objectives
Develop business cases that clearly articulate the Workiva value proposition
Build proof‑of‑concept demonstrations and process assessments to validate customer requirements
Stay current on regulatory requirements like IFRS, GAAP, and ISSB alongside evolving reporting trends
Provide proactive feedback to product management regarding emerging customer requirements
Partner with client services to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long‑term success
Collaborate across product, marketing, client services, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals
Mentor peers through cross‑domain coaching and skills development
Ability to travel up to 40% across the ASEAN region
