Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to drive the ASEAN region, partnering with sales to address complex customer challenges and deliver technical demonstrations of Workiva’s platform.

You will lead discovery, deliver value-driven messaging, and build strategic account plans to propel growth. Travel up to 40% across ASEAN is expected, with a focus on financial and sustainability reporting and GRC use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales solution consultant or field-based customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to large audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and driving customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to engage enterprise prospects across financial, sustainability, and GRC processes.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and provide consultative solutions.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in financial reporting, sustainability reporting, and GRC across use cases.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with Workiva objectives.
• Develop business cases articulating Workiva value proposition.
• Build proofs-of-concept and assessments to validate requirements.
• Stay current on IFRS, GAAP, ISSB and evolving reporting trends.
• Provide feedback to product management on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with client services to ensure onboarding and long-term success.
• Work with product, marketing, client services, and customer success teams to hit goals.
• Mentor peers through cross-domain coaching and skills development.
