Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Enterprise Presales to drive growth by delivering strategic technical expertise during the pre-sales phase. You will analyze client needs, design cutting-edge solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to articulate complex offerings.

Responsibilities include leading technical demonstrations, supporting the sales cycle, and evangelizing best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales / Software Testing / Consulting.
• Experience with Software Test Automation, IT systems, databases, and web tech.
• Familiar with Test Management and Automation tools.
• Knowledge of AI and Agentic architectures.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python and .NET.
• Willing to grow into a senior client contact role.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence buyers.
• Proven determination to achieve goals with diligence.
• Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Native competence in Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with technical and tool-related guidance.
• Consult clients on products and capabilities.
• Answer tool-related questions for clients and prospects.
• Plan and run technical demonstrations for clients.
• Take technical lead in the software sales cycle.
• Advise on best practices and implementation approaches.
• Assist with PoCs and pilots from a technical perspective.
• Represent the company with passion and enthusiasm.
