Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and take ownership of backend and frontend software applications mainly using Javascript (Node.js framework), Java and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software and solutions remain current and competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Engage and showcase to stakeholders, i.e., Product Demonstrations and Exhibitions.

Requirements

• Preferably with at least 4 years of working experience in Software Development.
• Experience with programming languages such as Javascript (Node.js framework), Java, C#.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skillset

• Exceptional experience with programming languages such as Javascript (Node.js framework), Java, C#.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools, e.g., SAST, VAPT.
• Familiar with Linux & Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Software Development and Product Management.
• Strong foundation of networking (e.g., OSI, different network and file transfer protocols).
• Familiar with Containerisation and Virtualisation.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP or equivalent.
• Experienced in both on-prem and cloud deployments.
