Job summary

You will develop and implement policies, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead facilities teams to deliver exceptional service across a multi-site campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years FM experience in corporate/commercial/multinational settings.
• Experience managing soft services, workplace services, vendors, and client relationships.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, service providers, and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of soft services across sites, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement SOPs, reporting protocols, and communication frameworks.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs; conduct inspections and audits.
• Identify improvements and drive workplace experience initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities; cost control.
• Oversee budgeting and financial accountability for facilities operations.
• Respond to emergencies and support business continuity events.
