Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. on-site Property Executive role in Singapore oversees soft services delivery, including cleaning, front-of-house, waste management, landscaping, and events.

You will support planning, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and reporting aligned with contractual SLAs. The position requires a diploma in facilities/building management or related experience, with MS Office proficiency and a strong eye for detail, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred; in lieu of a diploma, experience plus education considered.
• CFME accreditation is an added advantage.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrates integrity and a collaborative approach in the workplace.
• Fire Safety Manager or Environmental Control Coordinator cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site representative for soft services and event support per contract and SLAs.
• Assist Facilities Manager in planning, coordinating, and reporting soft services operations.
• Oversee daily soft services delivery, manpower deployment, and service quality.
• Conduct inspections of service areas and events to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
