Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of facilities operations in Singapore. You will ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective building services while managing vendors, budgets, and service delivery standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or equivalent).
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is advantageous.
7–10 years of facilities management or building services experience.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily technical operations across multiple facilities or sites.
Manage MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, UPS, generators, BMS, plumbing, and fire protection.
Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
Review technical plans, method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
Investigate incidents and root causes; implement corrective actions.
