Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or equivalent).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is advantageous.
• 7–10 years of facilities management or building services experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations across multiple facilities or sites.
• Manage MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, UPS, generators, BMS, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review technical plans, method statements, risk assessments, and work permits.
• Investigate incidents and root causes; implement corrective actions.
