Job summary

CBM PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate maintenance, service delivery and improvements to meet client standards while ensuring safety and compliance. The role emphasizes cost control, vendor performance, and strong stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates bring proven multi-site FM experience, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of M&E systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple sites, vendors, maintenance operations, and facilities-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of building M&E systems, statutory compliance, and FM best practices.
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, contract administration, and vendor performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations, maintenance and service delivery to meet agreed standards and client requirements.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and improvement works for building systems and facilities.
• Follow up on service issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Support compliance with applicable safety requirements, statutory obligations and site procedures.
• Manage budgets, expenditure, procurement and service contracts, ensuring appropriate cost control.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, responding to feedback with care and professionalism.
• Guide and support the site team, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing and respectful communication.
• Prepare operational reports, maintenance records and recommendations for service improvements.
• Support emergency preparedness, incident response, sustainability initiatives and improvements to the occupant experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by HOD
