The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new clients and exceeding quarterly sales targets by cross-selling banking products and ensuring excellent client service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business banking, SME banking, or commercial banking.
• Familiarity with customer due diligence processes, including FATCA.
• Understanding of working capital financing products and mortgage financing principles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank business clients and achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Cross-sell a full suite of business banking products.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and respond to customer enquiries.
• Identify client needs and collaborate with product teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
