Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic sales professional to pursue SME clients and market financial solutions. You will identify opportunities, meet targets, upsell products, and develop account plans while ensuring a smooth onboarding and strong first experience.

You will act as main client contact, build long-term relationships, conduct regular reviews, and prepare credit proposals with financial analysis to support lending decisions.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of relevant ongoing experience in B2B hunter sales for any industry.
• Proven stability in a company, preferably two years or more.
• A hunter's sense, a desire for sales, a proactive and aggressive demeanor.
• Previous experience handling Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc
• Credit writing experience
• Proficient in report writing, as he/she will be responsible for preparing credit proposals, which will include financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation)and pro-actively market our financial solutions to meet their needs
• Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
• Develop account plans and client strategies.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Understand client needs, goals, and business operations.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage.
• Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.
• Prepare credit proposals including financial analysis
