Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven practical proficiency in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding and aluminium panel & glass installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for daily operations.
• Supervise works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors per project plans.
• Ensure workmanship quality for tile, brick, plastering, welding and aluminium/glass installations.
• Identify and resolve on-site design issues to maintain workflow.
• Enforce quality standards across all work performed.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update schedules.
• Support health and safety compliance on site.
