Job summary

Suxin Renovation is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Singapore to independently manage construction activities, interpret drawings, supervise structural and architectural works, and coordinate with clients to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or diploma and a minimum of 8 years in construction, with strong hands-on skills in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium/glass installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium panel & glass installation

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site progress to ensure timely project delivery
• Interpret and apply drawings, specs, and project requirements accurately
• Supervise structural and architectural works and coordinate with client representatives
• Lead site workers and subcontractors to execute on-site tasks
• Enforce quality standards for tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding and aluminium/glass installation
• Address on-site design and construction issues promptly to maintain workflow
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across all work performed
• Follow work plan issued by Project Manager to align activities with goals
• Prepare daily progress reports and update schedules to track status
• Oversee on-site quality control and health and safety compliance
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings with stakeholders
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to Site Manager role
