CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable construction supervisor to manage on-site activities for condominium or commercial buildings.

The role requires reviewing structural drawings, coordinating with clients, and leading a team on site to ensure safety and quality. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with at least 6 years in the related field and a degree or diploma in civil engineering.

Qualificações

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 6 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors on site
• Resolve design site problems during construction
• Ensure quality of work
• Implement the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules
• Oversee quality control and safety on site
• Attend project meetings
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks within Manager's capability
