xin yang development pte. ltd. seeks a Site Manager to independently oversee construction activities and site progress, ensuring timely project delivery.

You will interpret drawings and specifications, supervise structural and architectural works, and coordinate with client representatives. You will lead site workers and subcontractors, enforce quality standards for tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding and aluminium panel and glass installation, and ensure safety and progress reporting

Competenze

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proficiency in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium panel & glass installation; able to teach methods.

Mansioni

• Manage construction activities and site progress independently to ensure timely project delivery.
• Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately in daily operations.
• Supervise structural and architectural works while coordinating with client representatives.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors to execute on-site tasks according to project plans.
• Enforce quality standards for tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium panel & glass installation.
