Qualifications

• Practical proficiency in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium panel & glass installation, with ability to teach others.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Interpret and apply drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Supervise structural and architectural works; coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors to execute on-site tasks per project plans.
• Enforce quality standards for tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, aluminium panels, and glass.
• Resolve on-site design and construction issues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across all work.
• Implement work plan issued by Project Manager to align site activities with goals.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update schedules.
• Oversee on-site quality control and occupational health and safety compliance.
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc duties relevant to Site Manager role.
