Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage construction activities on site in Singapore. The role requires interpreting structural drawings, coordinating with client representatives, and leading a team of workers and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 10 years of working experience.
• Good communication and ability to interact with all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently on site.
• Understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors to perform on-site work.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during construction.
• Ensure the quality of work on site and adherence to standards.
• Implement the work plan of the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability.
