Job summary

Suxin Renovation Private Limited is seeking a Site Manager in Singapore to lead construction activities, interpret drawings, and coordinate with client representatives to ensure timely project delivery.

You will supervise trades, enforce quality for tiling, brickwork, plastering, welding and aluminium panel & glass installation, and ensure on-site safety and progress reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium panel & glass installation
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site progress independently to ensure timely project delivery
• Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications and project requirements accurately
• Supervise structural and architectural works and coordinate with client representatives
• Lead and direct site workers and subcontractors to execute on-site tasks
• Enforce workmanship techniques and quality standards for tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, aluminium panel and glass
• Identify and resolve on-site design and construction issues to maintain workflow continuity
• Enforce compliance with quality standards across all work performed
• Prepare daily progress reports and update work schedules
• Oversee on-site quality control and safety compliance
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
