Rich Construction Company Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee site activities.

You will read structural drawings and specifications, supervise works, and coordinate with client representatives while leading a workforce of on-site staff and subcontractors. Responsibilities include resolving on-site design issues, ensuring quality and safety, implementing the project work plan, preparing daily progress reports, and attending meetings.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience.
• Good communication and ability to interact with staff at all levels.

Mansioni

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client's representatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractors to perform on site work.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Ensure the quality of work.
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings.
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability.
