Job summary

Salesforce.com Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Services Sales Solutions Manager to prescriptively shape engagements, define customer outcomes, and translate them into viable high-level solution designs.

You will lead pre-sales discovery and develop comprehensive implementation proposals and SOWs, including estimates, timelines, and staffing plans. Partner with Account Partners to structure the deal’s financial strategy, present value to clients, and ensure a clean hand-off to the delivery

Qualifications

10+ years' experience delivering enterprise-level consulting services.
7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform.
Experience leading end-to-end discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW creation for multi-cloud programs.
Active involvement in supporting the sale of professional services and presenting to executives.
Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales discovery, shaping engagements and translating objectives into an executable solution design.
Develop and articulate implementation proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) with detailed estimates and staffing plans.
Collaborate with Account Partners to structure deal strategy and present value to clients at executive level.
Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams with clear scope, commitments, and timelines.
Mentor and share best practices in solutioning, scoping, and engagement shaping with the team.
