Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is assisting a leading Asia-based consulting and technology services firm in Singapore to hire a senior Salesforce Lead. The role focuses on designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions that translate business requirements into scalable architectures.

You will drive requirements workshops, define integration approaches, and mentor teams while supporting the full lifecycle from solutioning to post-implementation support and presales activities.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Ability to independently lead functional and technical workstreams.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or Industry Clouds.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience with the ability to independently lead functional and technical workstreams.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs, integrations, middleware, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Industry Clouds.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience producing functional and technical solution documentation.
