Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a senior Salesforce consultant to lead end-to-end implementations from discovery through deployment in Singapore.

You'll translate business requirements into scalable architectures, guide workshops, and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. 8 years of Salesforce experience and strong communication are required, with hands-on Apex/OmniStudio expertise.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Salesforce consulting experience with independent lead of workstreams.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs and integrations.
• Experience across multiple Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions translating requirements into scalable designs.
• Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and guide best practices.
• Support lifecycle from solutioning through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Partner with clients and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and presales contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations.
  

Requirements

• 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience with the ability to independently lead functional and technical workstreams.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs, integrations, middleware, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Industry Clouds.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience producing functional and technical solution documentation.
