Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a Product and Platform Lead for ServiceNow. The role requires technical advisory, solution design, and implementation leadership across enterprise-scale engagements.

You will mentor teams, guide architecture, and ensure robust, cost-optimized outcomes with strong governance. You will collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital workflow enablement, optimize SLAs, and drive operational excellence across BAU and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• CSA certification is mandatory and CIS‑ITSM, Discovery, or Service Mapping preferred.
• ITIL Foundation is mandatory.
• Cloud practitioner certification desirable.
• Agile or Scrum certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across engagements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
• Develop and maintain a robust instance strategy, governance, and data management.
• Define ServiceNow product vision, value proposition, and release strategy for stakeholders.
• Oversee operations and project work under Managed Service Provider contracts.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation within ServiceNow and govern use.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure strong vendor delivery and SLAs.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive digital transformation.
• Mentor and train team members and enforce governance standards.
