Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Product and Platform Lead for ServiceNow. You will provide technical advisory, solution design, and implementation leadership across enterprise-scale projects. You’ll guide teams, manage evaluations, and ensure cost-optimized, robust platform health.

You will collaborate with vendors and business leaders to deliver digital workflow enablement, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement in platform performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA (mandatory) and preferably CIS‑ITSM, Discovery, or Service Mapping.
• ITIL Foundation (Mandatory).
• Cloud practitioners (Desirable).
• Agile or Scrum Certified.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership across engagements ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
• Develop and maintain instance strategy, governance, and core data management.
• Define and communicate ServiceNow product vision, value proposition, and release strategy.
• Oversee Day-to-day operations with Managed Service partner and external projects.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation within ServiceNow.
• Drive operational excellence, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver tailored digital transformations.
• Mentor and train team members; enforce governance and security practices.
