Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations in complex environments.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA (mandatory) and CIS‑ITSM, Discovery, or Service Mapping preferred.
• ITIL Foundation (Mandatory).
• Cloud practitioner (Desirable).
• Agile or Scrum Certified.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM).
• Proven experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects.
• Product ownership skills: road mapping, backlog management, release planning.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities
• Ability to enforce platform standards and security controls, with strong CMDB governance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across engagements ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architectural blueprints.
• Develop and maintain a robust instance strategy, governance, and data management for health and performance.
• Define, maintain, and communicate the ServiceNow product vision, release strategy, and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee service delivery and manage MSP partner day-to-day operations and projects.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation within ServiceNow and govern their use.
• Drive operational excellence by improving BAU performance and SLAs.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other systems for data interoperability.
• Mentor and train teams; foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Establish governance processes, standards, and security controls.
