Job summary

SPH Media, based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to enhance its ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on development, operations, and administration of ITSM workflows, incident management, change and service requests, and integrations with related tools.

The candidate will consult with business users, design scalable processes, and ensure best-practice implementation across multiple ServiceNow applications while driving continuous improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow workflows and modules.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Service Portal integrations.

Responsibilities

• Consult business users to gather requirements and map to ServiceNow solutions.
• Build, unit test, and deliver technical ServiceNow workflows to meet business needs.
• Participate in end-to-end testing and task prioritisation; create documentation.
