Job summary

VUI Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform in Singapore. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable configurations.

You will customize ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, build workflows, forms, scripts, and reports, and provide technical support for deployments. A strong ITOM focus and ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years with ServiceNow, ITOM focus.
Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
Experience configuring workflows and forms.
Experience creating ServiceNow objects (tables, BRs, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows).
Experience with user management (groups, users, roles, ACLs).
ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist senior consultants in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to support core IT service management processes.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with data migration activities.
Develop basic reports and dashboards to visualize ServiceNow data and track KPIs.
