Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with hands-on ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM experience to join our team. You will lead implementations, configure CMDB, and promote the CSDM framework to standardize service management.

The role requires ITSM and SPM exposure, strong ITIL understanding, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will collaborate across functions, deliver solutions, and provide end-user training, while staying current with ServiceNow releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB for data accuracy.
• Promote the CSDM framework to standardize service management practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training and support on ITOM, CMDB and CSDM functionalities.
• Conduct CMDB audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features.
