Job summary

KPMG Services Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled ServiceNow consultant to transform IT services for our clients in Singapore. The role blends technical development with advisory work for IT and business stakeholders on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will speak to C-suite stakeholders, lead requirements, design architectures, and guide delivery with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and integration projects. Strong communication and a client-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, CS or related field or technology-focused MBA or comparable experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; other CIS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow engagements in large complex environments as Developer and Business Analyst.
• Experience in platform integration, UI/UX design, building complex flows to automate tasks, dashboard design and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly in new engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as primary technical point-of-contact for projects.
• Lead requirements gathering and document process workflows.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client problems and ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead a team of developers to translate requirements into user stories and solutions.
• Provide technical and non-technical training to clients on implemented solutions.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment (forms, flows, UI policies, ACLs, UI Builder).
• Provide advanced ServiceNow support, troubleshoot, fix bugs, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team leaders.
