Job summary

EY is seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our Technology Consulting practice in Singapore. As a ServiceNow Technical Senior Associate/Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions to drive transformation and operational excellence.

You will work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Consulting, Professional Services experience required.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and platform customizations using ServiceNow best practices.
• Establish and maintain CMDB governance, data quality standards, and CSDM alignment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the ServiceNow practice.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
