Job summary

TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. seeks a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to oversee and optimize our ServiceNow platform. You will be the go-to expert across the ServiceNow suite, aligning capabilities with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include architecture design, module implementations, and governance of upgrades, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-level workflows. Strong scripting, CMDB experience, and ITIL proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or Consultant.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.
• Strong hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow product suite.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow database structures and CMDB configuration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture & Design: Design the Org's Architecture and lead implementation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow suite of products.
• Module Implementation: Deploy and optimize key ServiceNow workflows across various domains.
• App Engine Enterprise: Design and develop custom workflows, Flow Designers, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD), CSM & Now Assist.
• Platform Governance: Oversee platform upgrades, clone-backs, patch applications, and maintain instance health and performance metrics.
• Collaboration & Support: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide tier-3 platform support.
